Know Jesus
The deeper our knowledge of Jesus becomes, the more natural our efforts in his name will be. We want to know him as Savior, as the one who shows us how to live by grace, and as the one whose story we join by taking up our cross each day.

Our vision
When we give our lives to Christ, the whole context for living changes. By the grace of Jesus we can stand firm, even when the mountains around us are shaking.
We serve a risen Savior. Through the hope and faith we place in him, the door of salvation is open to everyone.
“Hope changes everything” holds three things at once: our need for hope, the ability of Jesus to provide it, and the way that hope turns our hearts toward the work God is preparing.
The mission of a church is not an exact science. We don’t always see what God is doing, or with whom. We do know this: when we know Jesus and love our world, change takes place, because hope changes everything.

The deeper our knowledge of Jesus becomes, the more natural our efforts in his name will be. We want to know him as Savior, as the one who shows us how to live by grace, and as the one whose story we join by taking up our cross each day.
In an unforgiving world, grace is noticeable. We love people no matter their sins, problems, or disposition, because Jesus showers grace on us regardless of our past and in spite of our habit of continuing to sin.
We serve the Lord as our ultimate authority, and we serve people as we make disciples. Jesus doesn’t call us to one or the other. We stay salty, and we stay near the world we are sent to. “You are the salt of the earth.” (Matthew 5:13)
Everything we do as a church is rooted in God’s will as it is revealed in scripture, and in our obedience to that will. We live in a changing world with shifting values, but as followers of Jesus we look to God’s Word as our guide.
The church offers a respite from the world: a safe place to worship the Lord Jesus, grow in faith, and rely on one another. It is nurtured by trust, sacrifice, and acceptance.
Radical generosity goes beyond the norm. It is sincere, nurtured in communities of grace, and it flows from the cross into our lives and out toward others.
We want to reflect Jesus. We are willing to tell one another when something is unchristian, and humble enough to listen. We stay close to God’s Word, pray for one another, and hope the world sees Jesus in the way we live.
